Sonic Transport Inc. is a licensed motor carrier headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. We operate a fleet of 53-foot dry van trucks providing freight transportation services throughout the continental United States under MC-717423 and DOT-2047019.

This Site provides informational content about Sonic Transport, including our carrier services, owner-operator lease opportunities, and contact information. The Site is intended for prospective owner-operators, current operators, and freight brokers seeking to verify carrier credentials or initiate business contact.

Owner-operator lease arrangements are subject to separate written agreements executed between Sonic Transport Inc. and the individual operator. Nothing on this Site constitutes or modifies the terms of any such agreement.

Any lease arrangement between Sonic Transport Inc. and an owner-operator is governed exclusively by the written lease agreement signed by both parties. Fee structures, split percentages, escrow requirements, and other material terms are subject to change and will be specified in that separate written agreement. The existence of an application or ongoing communication with Sonic Transport does not create a lease or employment relationship of any kind.

5. Application Process

Submitting an application through this Site initiates a review process. It does not guarantee an offer of a lease arrangement, employment, or any other business relationship with Sonic Transport Inc.

We review all applications in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations governing motor carrier operations and driver qualification. Sonic Transport reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

Information submitted through an application form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
